Using Tags from Other Sales

If you have participated in other Kids Consignment Sales and have items that are still tagged, you can participate in our sale without having to re-enter and re-tag your items!

First register as a new consignor and then send us a quick email at [email protected] to request the consignor number from your last sale. As long as that number is available, and chances are it is, you will be ready to participate without re-tagging.

You are not able to actually transfer your inventory to our sale as the systems are not compatible. We (From Yours To Mine, LLC) will not have access to your inventory and we therefore don't know what you brought or how many items. When we sell your items we enter your consignor number, item number and price into our system as they appear on your tags. And when you receive your sold item report (or look it up during the sale) your reports will state that information. The report will also state, under description, "item added during sale". If you can print an inventory report from your other sale you can cross reference the sold items by price.

If you have new items that you want to add you can either add them in our system and print our tags, or you can add them to your other sale's system and print their tags.

 

 Please make sure to read through our "How to prepare items" and "Accepted Items" page. Every sale has a few different rules and restrictions, and we don't want you to be disappointed at drop off if we have to turn items away.  We also want to point out that we strongly recommend that you consider lowering the price of your items if they have been through a different sale before ours. Your items are competing with brand new inventory and are more likely to sell if you adjust the price.

It is important for you to know that we at From Yours To Mine, LLC do not sort your items back to your consignor number after the sale, but instead each consignor finds their own items with their "unsold items report" that we can print from our system. If you don't have your inventory in our system you will have a harder time finding your items. We do pre-sort on Sunday morning to make finding items easier, but you will still need to know what you are looking for. Many consignors mark their hangers with a colored tape or ribbon to make them easier to find, too. Please check the "consignor" page for more details on our pick-up procedure.

We recommend that you re-enter and re-tag your items for our sale, unless you plan on donating your unsold items to our charity.
